Enhancing strategic oversight and governance for complex, large‑scale enterprise transformations

Perth, WA, 15 April 2026 – iCatalyst, an Australian-owned Microsoft Solutions Partner, has strengthened its delivery team appointing Ulrich Theaart and Jason Cuolahan to the newly created role of delivery executive, reinforcing the company’s continued growth across Australia.

The two senior appointments bring decades of experience delivering large-scale enterprise resource planning (ERP) and digital transformation programs. It represents a strategic investment in senior capability as iCatalyst expands its capacity to deliver increasingly complex and strategically driven enterprise projects, where success depends as much on executive direction and governance as it does on technical delivery. This further strengthens iCatalyst’s position as one of Australia’s most experienced Microsoft Dynamics Business Applications partners.

In their new roles, Ulrich Theaart and Jason Cuolahan will provide executive oversight across all aspects of iCatalyst’s enterprise projects, including strategic advisory, governance, delivery oversight, and stakeholder engagement. Both bring deep experience working alongside customer executives and C suite leaders to help shape strategic direction, guide decision making, and ensure transformation programs deliver long term business outcomes, while also mentoring consulting teams and contributing to iCatalyst’s growing consulting capability.

Ulrich Theaart brings more than 20 years of experience shaping and leading complex ERP and digital transformation programs, with deep expertise in solution strategy, program governance, and enterprise-wide business transformation. Most recently at Capgemini, he worked closely with executive leadership to lead large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives across multiple industries. 

Jason Cuolahan has more than 20 years of experience in delivering and overseeing large-scale ERP and enterprise transformation projects. Most recently, he was at DXC Technology where he was responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of major ERP implementations and transformation programs for enterprise customers.

The appointments also support iCatalyst’s geographic expansion, with Jason Cuolahan based in Melbourne helping strengthen the company’s presence across the eastern states, while Ulrich Theaart is based in Perth supporting continued growth in Western Australia.
